This diaghram shows the exploded view of the parts for the KP523 compressor above and the KP1023 below. The primary difference is their size. Part numbers 2, 5, 7, and 8 are in the repair kit. There is also a package of 5 paper seals that are used on the bolts that are pictured just below number 7. Do not tighten these 5 bolts so hard that the seals split. Their purpose is to prevent air leakage around the bolts.
